I selected the Protein Plus cereal box for redesign because of the pictures and logo. The purpose of this cereal is to be healthier and have more energy. The present design tries to portray this theme. However, it is poorly crafted and gives the idea that the cereal is second-rate. I want to give it a look and feel that will make the consumer more comfortable in purchasing the item. The first step I have taken is to change the shape of the box. The sides will go in, giving it an abstract look of a torso; this will suggest that the cereal can help you lose weight, and also help distinguish the
product from other cereals on the shelf. The new design will be simpler and cleaner than what it replaces. I want it to communicate the idea that the cereal is healthy. It should also appeal to a wider range of people - it is good for everyone, not just the bodybuilder or sports fanatic.
